The most efichant way to creat these HHO/ion/plamsa gases, it is negativly charged, this excites the water molicules and drains electrons out the negative with no electrolight needed. I doubled my fuel milage.

I make my own "Brown's gas", it comes out my ass, it burns real good too if you put a lite to it.
