I think the problem is that people are comparing it to awesome show instead of comparing to Tim and Eric. Tim and Eric have done so much more than just awesome show. I don't think this movie was meant to be "Awesome Show the Movie", I think it was meant to be a film with Tim and Eric humor and it was exactly that. I loved it.

I hated Awesome Show until I got it all of a sudden and now I can't get enough. I wasn't disappointed in the least with the movie. I thought it was great and I've been listening to the Dobis P.R. song nonstop since I saw it.

I liked it, I laughed a lot a lot in the first half of the movie. there were only two things I did not like:

the sex and poo bath scene was too long, I just sat there waiting for that part to pass

and secondly I really hated the ending, the ending was really bad in my opinion

I was not expecting a great plot but the ending was really abrupt

You really cant expect more from these guys. They cant do awesome show for 2 hours for a film. Go watch awesome show for the 100th time, I wanna see these guys progress. I'm not sayin the movie was appropriate but they follwed the film process appropriately. I think your a legit fan, but when fans get to into it they start wanting and suggesting ideas for them, I started doing that but then i started feeling kinda spoiled. We just gotta stand back and let these guys do what they do best.

I have been a fan of Tim and Eric since their first show Tom Goes To the Mayor. I was expecting a much different movie than what I watched but it still had it's moments of funniness. I totally agree with your review, it could have been a much better movie, but let's wait and see what they have to offer for their next big picture. I personally wish they had continued with their Awesome Show!

Just found a copy (legal... cough cough). Loved the movie. Thought it was typical Tim and Eric, and I enjoyed all of the cameos. A friend of mine came into my room while the 'shrim' bath part was playing and he was like wtf! I agree its not for everyone

I'm a huge Tim and Eric fan. I have been for a while, and I got to see the movie at a real special private engagement with Tim and Eric and I really liked the movie. I totally agree, the pacing was a little off here and there, and for me at least, there were some scenes and gags that just didn't work for me but I absolutely loved everything else. I laughed throughout the whole damn thing, it was quite the experience. I loved seeing familiar faces from Awesome Show, too!
