That part of the clip is from "The Haunted Airman". He plays a young RAF Bomber pilot in the Second World war - gets shot down and paralysed. Ends up in Psych Hospital where he thinks he is going mad. He is kissing his "aunt" Julia - older than him and actually his lover. Good movie.

Even the husband was like- Well... I won't read it... but the movie was good.
