Ive done this at the waterfront at wellington nz it is first filled with lots of air and it is attached with a rope there is like 3 zips and a velcro seal

me and my mate went in some of of these at our shopping mall in nz - they are so much fun and water tight - they fill the bubble with air and zip it up - you can't stay in to long though as you will get too hot - overall they ar eawesome fun
