There definitely is a danger of over-dosage if you're taking synthetic vitamins, which are the majority of all vitamins on the market. Synthetic vitamins are made in the lab, not in nature, and are worthless in any case. Try Garden of Life for real vitamins.
@JBC814 There is no chance for vitamins if a body doesn't absorb minerals. The body needs 60 minerals daily. If you are taking Vitamins and not getting these 60, then you are wasting your money as no one on the planet compares to Youngevity line of products we could argue until the end of time, however take a look at my response videos to see what sets Youngevity apart and Doctor Wallach to super star status from just another Vitamin company..
@wigwamman1 ...NO.....it's a rumor started by the FDA....same as Vitamin E...they take a natural vitamin, change it's stucture chemically, then clinically test the alternative form and get some mynute bad results...but the trials are flawed due to the form of vitamin they are starting with.....it's not natural.....it's chemical so NO, Vitamins of any kind are NOT bad for you.....your BODY NEEDS THEM TO SURVIVE!!!
@timo092601 ...EXCEPT CHEMICALLY ALTERED ONES! JUST LIKE GMO'S!!!
Would you say food is bad for us? NO....it's the chemically altered ones that are!!! Use common sense always and don't let the fear mongering deter you from getting and staying healthy!!!!!!
Good video; with a varied (normal) diet you will get most vitamins. Brown bread, dairy and fruit for breakfast and lunch. Potatoes, green stuff and some meat for dinner. Regularly eat (fat) fish + the non green veggies and some 30 mins of sun a day. I also have vit pills but with a pattern as described above, hardly needed. I do take minerals on a regular basis (mudlike). One spoon of sunflower oil is all vit E you need per day. Green veggies are vit kings, no sm-food, sweets or cookies for me.
