His lack of logic here is truly astounding. If he hated 'unnecessary' courses like general philosophy so much then he should have used his position as President, and the SRC as a collective organisation, to fight those courses. But of course that would be against his conservative principles. Also, how the hell are the poorest students going to be able to afford to pay union fees and be the only ones keeping unions afloat? Absolute failure in logic.
