You can add "Fast Dial" to Firefox...it's the same deal. Opens when you open a new tab.

what site? Video theres a possibility theres no support for the plugin that may be needed yet but text I dont understand. That SHOULD render fine.

You are correct there is a speed dial tab for firefox .And it does open speed dial when a tab is open Look for fast dial in the fire foxadd-ons

Thank you for the info. I might just download it myself. Google knows what it's doing most of the time. I love their google toolbar it's like a swiss army knife for surfing the internet lol.

no problem. I plan on doing another on it once I have a chance to familiarize myself with it and slap it around a bit more. I do like the idea of completely rethinking the web browser, since it was originally designed for things that didnt exist yet, if nothing else its a step in the right direction, although having it so resource heavy will hurt it as there doesnt seem to be a way to make a mobile version and lets face it, thats how the state of the web is pointing.
