And he told me about how Gaza had bombed Israel, and therefore the war started - but the repression of the Gazan people IS a way of legal genocide, meaning these people stuck in poverty cannot do anything, and Israel is allowed to repress them without fear of UN troops having to step in - because there is not really a true physical force going on in Gaza.

Hamas' terror tactics have not helped the Palestinian cause, but what about the Zionist terror of continued incursions, and denial of return of right of the Palestinians. How about the continued occupation of the West Bank? There's no Hamas there. Oh, and not to forget the number of innocents killed on each side, one Israeli for hundred plus Palestinians. Is one side's blood more 'sacred' then the other's?
