  • We are very similar. I am starting at 278, but have already gotten down to 267 from just cutting out soda and junk food. I haven't made it to the gym much, because I have pneumonia. You can do it. Good luck!

  • Good Luck KBK, I'll be tuning in to see how well you do. I am currently struggling too. I am 167 and 5'5, my goal is to be 125... It seems impossible to accomplish because im impatient and want immediate results. I start running for about 2 weeks and then feel like im getting no where and usually give up. I hope you dont give up! You inspire me!!!

    Im am starting my own weight loss challenge that I also started on Dec 13th!!

    I am starting out by doing a simple cleanse this week. Which includes..

    *Lots of fresh Veg

    *Fresh Fruit

    *Lean protein

    *NO Dairy

    *NO red meat

    *NO CRAP!!

  • I lost 34lbs by doing south beach, walk alot, get active. I was 141lbs at 5'1 almost over weight and now i am down to 108 lbs and i have a sexy body now haha.

    You can do it! :) :)

    I lost all of my weight over a year. :)

    Make sure to work out 3-4 times a week and always stay active :)

  • hey whats ur plan?? i did weight watchers and i loss like 40lbs my goal is to lose 100 but iam getting discouarged and fall back into some of my bad habits!! so maybe we can help each other

  • Hey Crissy I would love if we could help eachother. I've fallen back in to bad habits too many times...DON'T dig a deeper hole. You can do it. What I did was ENLARGE that picture in my video and I have it in 3 places in my apartment. Everytime I look at it I'm driven to make good decisions, because I MEAN FOR SURE that I will never be at 272 again. So basically, that's my plan. LOL. You can do it. 40lbs is a GREAT ACHIEVEMENT!!! Keep going...KBK
