Every winner of Survivor has a huge amount of luck. The great man Tom Westman even said it himself. But that's part of the game.

And whether he was acting clueless, or perhaps he really was clueless, you have to admire how he made it deep into the game, without making any enemies on the jury, before winning the last 3 immunity challenges when he needed to.
