Roscoe, thanks much for this one. First time I have seen this. I still want to get to Detroit and be one of the Bell Ringers. Perhaps next year... Robert, Eau Claire Wisconsin.
I will never hear the song again and not remember the sound of those bells or his voice cracking at some of the names. Exc. video tribute to the crew.
I agree... In a world of Billions.. When someone dies, it will always effect someone somehow somewhere. I find it funny sometimes that when we suffer a loss, we feel that everything comes to a stop, or should anyway!! but unfortunately "the world just keeps on turning" I know that when my Dad Passed away I sure with the world would have atleast slowed down a bit. Just a few words of thought...
"No man is an island, entire of itself; every man is a piece of the continent, a part of the main. If a clod be washed away by the sea, Europe is the less, as well as if a promontory were, as well as if a manor of thy friend's or of thine own were: any man's death diminishes me, because I am involved in mankind, and therefore never send to know for whom the bells tolls; it tolls for thee."

There are many powerful videos on the internet but I don't think there are any more powerful than this one.
