guy was the all-time leading rusher in high school in california. .... but ... but... but .. he's white so recruiters (but stanford) wanted to make him a fb or lb? dumb.

guy got robbed. also too bad Harbaugh threw twice on 1st and goal from 13 vs Cal with 1:44 remaining. A 5th TD might have won the award despite the racism, sectionalism and anti-intellectualism.

The award is now definitely a joke if there was any doubt left coming in.

Nobody meant more to their team than Toby, he will definitly be a better back in the NFL than ingram and I am a hardcore Chicago Bears fan, and I live just south of Chicago, but what ever team ends up drafting him im will be a fan of. Hopefully my Bears trade away forte and draft him. That would be awesome!

hell no!!! did you see that scrub this year? and our coach is a complete idiot. we had a second string back that averaged 5.1 yards a carry while forte only had 2.3 but lets keep giving it to forte... Bears will always be my number one team. but who gets toby will be my second

absolutley horsecrap that he did not win teh heisman. First of all, Ingram did everything behind a behemoth offensive line who consistently brings in some of the best talent from around the country. But Gerhart did this behind a team who never attracts big time talent because of their strict academic standards. Toby led in just about every rushing category while playing on a team that is going to its first bowl game in eight years. Ingram only won because his team is playing in the championship

Wow good vision and balance, almost one part Earl Campbell, one part Ricky Williams, one part Eric Dickerson. First guy never gets a clean tackle, falls forward for extra yard.

He better get lower or he's going to get hurt at some point with his upright running. Pure guess but I see 5 good years at RB, then moved to FB when the injuries start to slow him down.

Best runner in the country t-bo can suck a fat one. He's got the all time rushing record at stanford and has carried this team for the past 2 seasons. To all sports reporters with a vote get your head out off your ass and vote tobey for the heisman enough of the east coast bias. Tobey come back for one more year. You still have a year of eligabilty because of the injury in your soph. year.
