  • i'm very interested in this thing, looks like a cool project.. I'm just very curious on how it ended, because i can't find any other videos or stuff about the project...

SO DID YOU FINALLY SUCCEED IN LEARNING ALL THESE LANGUAGES?

  • @GogolEugene I could only sign up for one test. I took the Thao test and got a 92% on the speaking and listening (about C1 level?) I only had time to work on Atayal, Saisiyat, Amis, Seediq, Thao, Truku, Sakizaya, and Bunun. I practiced a little in Kavalan and Tsou, but didn't have enough daily time for practicing to get to the other languages.

  • I would like to see another update video of this project.

  • @Glossika I'm very sorry to hear that the project couldn't be achieved as originally intended. However thanks for your answer, congratulations for your outstanding results and keep up the good work!

  • Is there a place I can buy some of your dialect language books you've put together?

  • @flashatizer Facebook

  • @Glossika I tried that link and it doesn't work.

  • @flashatizer It works if you put "/140589180198" after your page's name.

  • @flashatizer Just go to Facebook and type Glossika or Glossika Language Training.

  • Great ambition.

  • (3) think that there is more to your life than merely trying to be number one in something?

  • @3cloudsinthebluesky After gaining qualification to work in these languages I start projects funded by myself or the government to establish a world literature and encyclopedia eventually leading to full-scale bilingual education. Most children do not get any literacy outside of daily conversation with family but the languages are rich with science especially biology. And we can extend that to modern innovations and other areas of science as well.

  • @3cloudsinthebluesky I still spend several hours a day with my family with no decrease, I work just a few hours a day teaching my hordes of students, so income varies from 1-2 thousand US per day. I spend a lot of time with extended family activities especially church, dinners, shopping, etc. In all of these activities I'm always translating everything I hear into the languages I'm working on and identifying holes in my knowledge, and wrote them directly into this cellphone I'm writing on now.

  • @Glossika 1-2 thousand US per day ? What are your working? You are a teacher, how can you earn that much??

  • @hilbert2547 Maybe poor teachers can learn something from me. My rate is about $80-$100 per class per student. I teach up to a couple dozen students a day in 2-3 classes, 6 days a week. 8 classes (2 months) are prepaid in advance. My Feb6-Mar31 classes are already selling. I do my own marketing and sales, print my own books and training materials. I sold over 500 training books last month.

  • @3cloudsinthebluesky sounds like someones jealous

  • @HanQ - Yes, I agree that my comments sounded as if I were jealous (I have already removed them). However, I wrote not out of jealousy, but out of my concern on whether because of his pursuit of being "number one" in the area, in which he undoubtedly has a gift, the author neglected some other important life values, precisely, his family. And, having read his answers to my comments, I have to say that I am glad that my concerns were wrong.

  • As if you're not on Taiwanese TV enough already. And we're close to the November deadline, surely. I'm excited for this.

  • that's insane Mike, but if anyone can do it, you can!!

  • Best of luck! If I ever come remotely near your level of linguistic skill, I'll be very happy

  • I sincerely wish you every success in your proficiency test exams!

  • "(...) Only person in the world (...)" - wow, sounds awesome! I hope that you be able to achieve this great challenge. Good luck!

  • wow the best of luck mike!.
