if you have your own eyes selected on a different layer, transform them via "CTRL-T"

hold down shift to maintain the same proportions so your eyes don't become a lot taller than they are wide.

Hope I explained it well, just try with and without shift, you'll see =)

@mademan912 - I gave up looking myself, but I eventually found the answer on my own. Click on "show transform controls" in the top left corner after you have selected the image inside the document. Does this help?

@COLDCHEMICALpresents Yeah I found another way too. If you just select the image or layer and click on "Edit" then "Free Transform" (or something like that) it lets you shrink it, expand it, stretch it and all that. Took me a while to finally figure that out! Thanks for your suggestion anyway! :)

@mademan912 Are you talking about the transform tool? CTRL+T brings up a resizing tool that allows you to adjust the height and width of the image (layer ) currently selected. You can hold shift to maintain aspect ratio while resizing if you choose to drag the corners. Simply press enter to apply.
