although this is all very very very awesome, its 2 bad that it wont all be like this. as u can imagine there will be MAJOR LAG problems, there are up to 10 trailers/videos being downloaded just by walking into a room or friends apartment. u cant possibly think that ur friends would be able to listen to ur live music or movies being played, this may not be the case 4 regions like US and UK were u have top notch broadband, but in Australia this is an issue 4 me, lol i get 50kbps VERY SLOW.

Well of course it depends on ur connection signal and strength but dont underestimate Sony. they know what they're doing. Look at MAG its supposed to be 256 players online at once with 0 lag! also MMO's have lots of people doing things at the same time and they hold up fine.

Though I'm hoping with better use of the cell processor in the coming years the PS3 can catch up graphically.

it depends on the games. Games that are specifically designed for the PS3 come out with better graphics, primarily because the developers take advantage of its architecture.

Games that are being released multi-platform (which to be fair is the majority of games, so this should matter to everyone) are being simply 'ported' to the PS3. Because it is easier to develop for XBox. The result is subpar graphics for these games. GPU hardware alone, xbox wins, but the architecture of ps3 can help it win.

Ive never had any problems with my 360, and yes Sony has alot of stuff that is in the works. As of right now they dont have much to offer. Theyre always talking of whats to come, and that may work for you, but for me as a gamer, Im much more satisfied with walking into a store and being able to buy great games.
