Man: a definition of style? Coco: a definition of elegance, my gods It's difficult, you ask tough questions That is what I know the style? Many thing you know Finally I would say that I repeat constantly, Everyone does not understand, I find that women are Always overdressed, and that she never quite elegant.
I recall my mother telling me stories about Coco and my grandmother who were good acquaintances in the Paris of the day. Even my nickname was given to me by the great Coco. She was one of a kind and I do love her.

"fashion is not something that exists in dresses only .Fashion is in the sky, in the street. Fashion has to do with ideas, the way we live, what is happening" (Coco Chanel)
Her style became very austere and stuffy towards the 1950s till the end of her life. The pearls were such a dog tag for bores as were her trademark wool suits which were fit for well paid secretaries. Chanel seemed more frumpy rather than elegant and adventurous. Also her persona was very right wing. A bit of a tyrant.
U can read it even in WIKIPEDIA so look better dude, i dont like to talk crap about shit i dont know about, and believe me i DO KNOW about fashion!!!! But whats the problem, she was human, and all human beans make mistakes in their lifes sooo, what's da big shock??? Look 4 it and you'll find some info about it!!!! Peace....
And OBVIOUSLY da reason for her weight issue was cause her addiction to Morphine, u can see her scratching herself all the time at da interview and that is an OBVIOUS side effect of using morphine or heroin or any opium derivated drugs!!!
Where did you ever read that she was addicted to morphine? Clearly you don't know alot about Gabrielle Chanel, she was thin because she believed in perfection. She believed that she had to be perfect everyday, all day, always.
She was a Morphine addict all of her adult life, but i dont care she was a junky, cause in terms of innovating fashion, she is at the top of da list, at least in the first five positions of the top ten!!! Peace n blesses..... and sadly....im a junky too =(
do you not ever consider that coco chanel is the reason size o is such an issue today. eliminating the corset so that wmen must rely on genetics or dieting. look how skinny she was, verging on annorexia.

Then there was a lot of history,
You did not ask, but finally
I tell you that this is a problem also
Not mine, but that of haute couture,
It's insane fear of copying,
While for me, the copy is successful c
There is no success without copying its without imitation does not exist.
mkcseit 9 months ago
It is the most important anyway?
Coco:
Most importantly, the copy is a very difficult thing to do is practice more.
You know have chased all the little seamstress
Finally have made a lot of history to defend non-existent thing
Because its my always seem the most ridiculous, is to defend a mode!
Have can not defend the way, why defend it?
It is not a fad if no track.
You understand? So want to have to defend it,
mkcseit 9 months ago
read happy, obviously c is that I will seek,
That was my goal to create a style there were more.
In my opinion: because there is no style in France.
There is a style in a nation, there is a style, when people
The street are dressed like you and I cross, I have reached a cross sa.
But I do not believe in copying, I believe in imitation,
It's already very nice to have arrived in imitation
