... I've been told by industry insiders that this is not traditional publishing...but super slick to make u think it is. Since you are with them and seem to enjoy what they have done for you, may i ask if you are marketed well, distributed well, and paid onetime? thanks

Hello...i too have been offered a contract from tate this past spring. The $4000 is supposedly exclusively for the publicity start up fee. I wonder if they have re-worded or re-branded their contracts since you first signed on? when i i asked if we could negotiate my contract they refused...of course.lol. I didn't have $4000 and the acquisitions person ( sunny) started getting very attitudinal in her emails when i told her i couldn't afford the publicity start up fee.
