AT&T says they haven't received any complaints so far? Either they are extremely out of touch with their customers or they're lying or both. All companies have at least some complaints from customers! And I've talked to quite a few people who hate AT$T's service. So, they're either just all keeping it to themselves or AT$T needs to do better with it's customer service and not just listen to the ones with positive things to say!
