John, Hank, Here's the (belated) deal. the 'black space' which Hank usses to justify is 4min+ video length begins at 3:54 and ends at 4:08. that is a total of only 14 seconds. Adding in the 1 second that YouTube will add brings it to 15 seconds, which when subtracted from 4:16 leaves 1 second. Hank, your 'video portion' was 4:01 ergo you need to be punished. --- granted, that implies that 1) you read this comment and 2) you weren't already punished for this in a latter video.

Though I will contest that 1) integrity demands adhearence to the agreed upon rules and therefore, so long as no punishiment has been given, on is still due. 2) in fact should no punishment be found that paid for this infraction of the rules, punishment 'interest' should be calculated in. Now I am not expecting this or even demanding a punshiment. I am simply saying that it should be made known to Hank so he can choose to uphold the rules or explain his exemption thereof.
