  • Size and moving energy always make a difference. Thats like saying one pellet of double ought buck is the same as a slug. Less powder or more power is moot when the weight difference is so much. 00 and #4 are both considered "buckshot" but they are in two difference playing fields. Just like a 7/8th ounce slug is much different from a 1 3/4 ounce slug.

  • @VeryLowBudget - Good stuff! You may want to also shoot through the lower portion; that top part was the freezer and I wonder if it was thicker up top.

  • What kinda buckshot? 2 3/4 3" 3 1/2 makes a big difference might not stand up to a super mag

  • @CollapseSakanade - Actually those likely would make no difference; magnum shells are longer due to the increase in pellet load. And any increase in powder would merely be compensating for the heavier load.

  • @sudaev though the heavier loads would be in a different form effecting range, accuracy and effectivness.

  • @ciran22 - Huh?

  • @sudaev a slug doesent spread meaning its a single projectile, this effects the range and form at which it travels,if you dont get opinions then ...........
