The question that must be asked at the hearings is would the judge make a better decision than a BLACK MAN. How about an ASIAN MAN? Pick your race. How about an black woman? Sotomayor's comments are obviously absurd and inappropriate. Watch her on the video. It is more revealing than a mere transcript. Do we really want someone for a lifetime on the supreme court who would make such a supremely careless statement? If she is the best of the best, we're in BIG trouble.

The argument that the national guard was the state militia went out the window with the John Warner defense act of 2006. The president is now in control of the national guard so the citizens are absolutely now the state militia.
