I have done this twice, you may not understand this, but in a rom there is 2 pages for enemies, if you get hit right as you enter a pipe it will cause your yoshi to turn into a few of the enemies that are a page up from the spot Yoshi is at...its kinda hard to understand >_>

Chargin' Chuck uses a COMPLETELY different tileset than yoshi does, so this is even more interesting. Especially since Chuck's tileset isn't used in most of the levels mentioned. methinks either rom hax w/ homebrew or wii glitch
