This is a scam company that lives off peoples desperation. They do not send out bills nor do they send any invoice confirming the payment once they /automaticly/ takes the money out of your pockets. They do not send any warning before they do it or any information about how to cancel the subscription.

3 years ago she bought it never used it since but still pays for it. Do /not/ buy PC TOOLS products theres good open source products out there that wont con you out of money.

Are you people kidding me.. my mother bless her.. was desperate enough to pay for a subscription of Spy Doctor in 2006 when she was infected with a virus. Her english in not good and her skills with the computer even worse.

She just noticed that money had been pulled from her account without her autorization, it shows in the EULA it says PC tools got the right to automaticly pull money from your card each year for a renewed subscription. And it have been for the last 3 years!!

pc tools internet security 2009 is very good. see mrizo's review on pc tools spyware doctor with antivirus. he rated it as the most "awesome" antivirus he ever reviewed. for me, it is also the best antivirus. but by the end of this year, SYMANTEC will acquire PC TOOLS. they said that they let PC tools to continue their products under the PC tools brand... but still... Symantec is up to something
