I really liked it but I'm a little confused as to why the phone rang the second time. The same sound effects were used in both the begining and ending shots when she received the phone calls, which tells the viewer that it is the same call. Also, the phone rolls down molly's chest the same way in both shots. I am confused as to why she would receive the same phone call twice. It seems like she would only be notified about her husbands death once. Perhaps maybe you could explain.

After another viewing I realized that the 2nd to last shot was a flashback, but if it is than waht was the first call?

The first call is the same as the last call - you just don't see what the actual conversation was until the end.
