far cry 2 sucks. its got a graphics engine that just annihilates far cry 1 but that's about all that is better. far cry 1 is one of those games that has the perfect amount of everything to make it one of the best fps's ive ever played. its linear but set in an open world which is such a good fit for shooter games. and personally coming from newer games to old ones, i prefer the side-down scope look rather than aiming down the site. this game is damn hard too!

@yoyoskater902 yea its kind of got a fallolut feel which i am not a fan of fallout at all. it claims to be a free roam open game yet you simply drive by a shack and get lit up by like 5 guys. im sick of these freer-oam games set in really shitty environments. i mean come on, a barren post-apocalyptic wasteland and a low-class african slums in the jungle aren't really what i think of when i want to roam around and do shit. we need to go old school and bring back the ocarina of time free roam feel

Guys,this game is great,it has great gameplay,many options of taking out your enemy,and all that stuff,it's not short,you sometimes fly,sometimes drive a truck or a boat xd It's real good i played it and loved it :) And the story is good too :)

I hope Far Cry 2 is atleast as good as Far Cry 1 :) I know they're not connected,but i hope they got good gameplay :)
