I don't know what to think of the outcasts. At first they had high-tech weaponry, a large mass of soldiers, but then it just went downwards. After plasma rifles, they downgraded to laser rifles. Also, I can't tell if they're good or evil. They seem to be like today's U.S. goverment; kill innocent civilians behind the publics back. Don't flame, you all know what I'm talking about! The rubbish helicopter pilots who killed journalists that had "Ak-47s" and "RPGS" which turned out to be cameras!

@koshey245 the brotherhoods objective is to collect tech. lyons however made his chapters into helping the locals aginst the orders of the leaders of all the chapters. this lead to a group of them leaving to follow ther orginal mission. they became the "outcasts" however techinichaly Lyons and the brotherood you work with aginst the Enclave are the real outcasts as they have disobeyed orders

I can put up with the rough love. They are alot friendlier than Raiders. As a good or Neutral wanderer in the wastes. I have enough foes to deal with. I trade tech with them too. I could always use the Stims and ammo.

you can use that to keep all the stuff you get in anchorage. its actually easy!! just pit him on the seat in the pod and then just before you get out of the pod look down and put all your stuff on him before the game takes it away really quickly. i did it in one try!

yeh A3 is beast! kinda stupid to attk outcast. i stole casdins key and broke into fort independence. i got like halfway threw until i realized i couldnt get threw without killing a few. so i silently killd 1 or 2 and managed to get out. i walk outside and they have a fucking army coming to kill me!!!!
