  • Pilates Reformer my favorite......expensive.....but I'm worth it! LOL

  • She can teach me Pilates anytime.

  • probably one of the best pilates videos, maybe its because I like the exercises. As a guy this got my interest, i wanted something that looked challenging

  • e a respiração?..and the breath?... where? terrific tecnique... very fast... concentration?... my God....

  • exelente, no importan los malos comentarios, pero para realizar esos movimientos hay que estar muy concentrada y tener mucha práctica, sino pueden lastimarse

  • @SandraSharma if you think pilates=balls then you are wrong

    this IS pilates!

  • Absolutely stunning, and wow what a person can achieve with this apparatus is mesmerising to watch, thank you for sharing it.

  • The music is not Van Morrison. 90% sure it's Enigma, though I dont recognize the album.

  • Hi NexusNow1,

Thank you so much for the kind words. Yeah, a new Pilates enthusiast - I see it already! I would most certainly enjoy directing the beginning of your journey. The best thing to do is to e-mail me at: uniqueharmony@gmail.com

this way I will have your e-mail address and send you information on the 4 DVD's that I have produced and that are available and I can answer any questions you may have. My pleasure, Jeanne.....hope you get this

  • Wow. I just recently have been researching Pilate's and considering a Reformer. I come from a weight lifting/ body building background, but lower back issues have been making that more and more difficult. I have been using resistance bands and see similarities in the Reformer. Your grace and strength in the videos is remarkable. If you have videos for sale I would be interested. You really open up whats can be accomplished on a Reformer. I will check into your offerings. Thanks again.Inspiring!

  • that's a truely beautiful body

  • awesome fitness

  • You look great! Fabulous demo thanks! How old are you? Just wondering - Namaste ~Kitty

  • good exercices and she have succulen feet wow

  • Gives me motivation. She makes it look so easy! Only diligence and dedication over a long period of time can yield such finesse.

  • Would exercises on a reformer vanish the pain of sciatica????

  • hottt

  • Wow!! Can't wait to get to work & try some of this- thank you for the awesome demo!!

  • The song is Byzantine Meditation - Antaeus

  • As a Pilates instructor, I am very impressed with these exercises. I have not even seen or tried some of the moves she was doing, but can tell that they are being done with precision and rythm and holding true to the Pilates principals. Way to go!

  • This is a good demo, but of course she has lots of training for that. I do pilates and I do my best, but I know I cannot do lots of the exercises she is showing there. What I mean is that average people, without special training, can't do most of that. What do you think? Still I like the video!! and I really wish I could do all that too! Hahaha

  • You are wonderfull!!

Would you please give me the name of the music it is not van morrison an it is great to give energy to work

    Thank you very much

  • get it gurl where can I get this machine and that track from

  • parabéns!!

    adorei esse vídeo

    tank you

  • she's so fit....

  • Thanks for the demo!

  • thanks for the demo. Very advanced and lovely

  • very cool. this looks like good flexability exercise as well, which is the big gap in my training right now. As a man, I wonder if yoga or something like this is better.

  • @noddwyd it all depends what your body needs. For me yoga is boring, for some people yoga is great. I think Pilates helps you stretch.

  • @MsMarcethebest I need motion. Yoga isn't for me.

  • so hot

  • Hi All

Can someone out there tell me what is the track playing in this pilates clip??

Its like a mix of house and ethnic beats?

    its Quite Haunting?

  • You have mastered this and seems like you enjoy it. GREAT WORK!

  • wow amazing!

  • guess she knows her stuff!

  • I am so inspired by this video -- thank you so much! I have an Aeropilates reformer from QVC which only cost me about $400and it works great -- if you can't afford $4,000, you may want to check QVC. PIlates on these reformer machines is amazing exercise - I have scoliosis and it really helps my back after spinal fusion surgery (I discussed with my doctor).

  • Amazing! Thanks for sharing:)

  • She has amazing form and an amazing body!

  • How do I order a copy of this video for home use?

  • SO AWESOME!!! WOW

  • Amazing strength and so inspiring! Thank you for posting this!

  • WoW! great performance!

  • Check IZZY BARISH here on YouTUbe as he has great clips.

    He's 60 & has a fantastic home gym. He's worked out for 25 years.

  • where can i buy this machine?

by the way: i am starting the pole shift survival group.

let me know if u t interested.

  • sensational form!

  • great body strength!

  • Holy Crap. She would be so bloody strong. Awesome core strength people don't appreciate how much effort this stuff takes.

  • Not seen reformer like this before. I was getting a bit reformer bored but now , wellllll.........

  • would make a nice bed.

  • sendi1282

    i dont belive you!!! realy?

  • This is exercise!!!

  • I purchase some pilates DVD's for my wife and I dont remember seeing that. I have to admit I'm blushing...everywhere!

  • Comment removed

  • pilates QUEEN =)

  • I want to try those Tricep Dips! So cool!

I just got my Reformer yesterday, and I love it! who needs a gym anymore?

  • I'm not much into Pilates but I can very much appreciate a woman with pretty feet, and she's got them. Just gorgeous!!!

  • With my new wolf shirt, I shoot pilates videos in my bathtub all the time...

  • she looks thin, but she's very, very strong and flexible. I've been using my reformer for years, but many of these movements, I can not do

  • Exercises meant only for magicians.

Not for ordinary housewifes or women.

You could hurt or even kill yourselves.

Don't even think of trying it.

  • stop looking, and try it. MUCH more difficult, rewarding and effective than it appears

  • this video inspires me to work out even more

  • dont u hate it when skinny girls work out?!

  • they have to work out to stay that way

  • lol

  • I tried moving my neck while I watching her and my bones were cracking already lol

  • Wow!

  • mama ceash futeo!

  • Holy crap! She's in great shape!

  • Great creative moves! but my body aches looking at her.

  • Mine too D:

  • estas arto de estoy videos?

manda por tu muñena systeeeeem XD

  • where can I get a board

  • A body like that and you're concerned with the feet?

Great training though, some bizarre moves but really hotting different muscle groups for total tone.

  • I agree amazing body work and what a beautiful body that person posses

  • who is she?

  • Wow..Incredible Feet.. I would to take care of them !

  • scary music for pilates

  • until this video I had no idea what the fuck pilates was.. im completely blown away if that board uses resistance bands the pontetial to target hard to reach muscles is endless. I would have never thought of using a board like that, this seem like a great way to tone.

  • This isn't the only kind of pilates. I don't know much about it, but I know they don't always use the board.

  • ROFL, nice.

  • TE COJERIA TODA MI AMOR !!!!!

  • Watching these moves though really gets me motivated to get on my pilates more and is very inspiring!

  • the thing is that you have to begin with a figure like hers to use this...

  • No you do not have to be in that good of shape. Just start using the machine. You should have a baseline of fitness though to do some of the moves she does. they require a lot of ab strength.

  • i could just pay to watch ya doing that routine...adventuroues

  • Well, you don't need such an expensive machine to look in her shape. Besides, not all those moves are as healthy as are presented for most of as. So, apart from a good helmet, you'd need the skills and the technique to perform them right.A private couch like her? why not...well done anyway

  • holy sugar :)

  • FABULOSA IDEA

  • Just bought the machine at a garage sale and this is just what I need as instruction and inspiration. Great!

  • There are a lot of good pilates video's on the market in beg, int & advanced levels.

Wow, I wish I could've found a good reformer at a garage sale. I paid $2,400 for mine; Just google Pilates Reformer or check out Balanced Body for equipment, dvd's vhs and all kinds of equipment. or Stott Pilates

  • Amazing! I need to start doing pilates...I want to look like that. In shape and Healthy looking...I'm inspired...Thank you! :o)

  • Wow, that's very cool. I'm definitely going to give my local pilates instructor a shot.

  • Holy mother of god!

I just started doing Pilates and had no clue how far it could go. Amazing! You're an inspiration!

  • ah yo lo hago es excelente!!!

  • i do a mix of various 'systems'....callanetics, lotte berk, pilates reformer (i'm NOT a pilates mat person), ashtanga yoga, high impact aerobics and running! i like the pilates reformer for its variation and breath of fresh air when it comes to 'freedom of movement'. would be interesting to try tracy andersons hybrid reformer in studio city...but hey, i live in london! thanks for the clip. like me, you've been exercising for many years.

  • what is the name of this song? Who is the artist?

  • Moondance by Van Morrison.

  • Van Morisson, Moondance

  • u go girl~~~~

  • onda q vo sola podes hacer eso jajajaj!!!

  • Holy shit.

  • holy skataaaaaa

  • Which machine (make and model) are you using in this video?

  • jesus...

  • dn grafeis

  • Impressive, but can she do a one-arm, two-finger pushup like Bruce Lee used to do when he was alive..I've just started using the reformer, maybe I'll be able to buy one of my own some time in the future.

  • LOL!!

  • She's awesome. Inspired me to finally commit to buying my own reformer and its been great so far. She makes it look so easy...believe me, its intense and i am not even at the advance level yet.

  • that machine looks like a giant mouse trap

  • Are you trying to kill us all?

  • if pilates give you abody like hers i,m enrolling wow girl u look fab fab fab

  • you are amazingly flexible!!!!

    damn, are you good!!

i wish i was so flexible!!

    hahahahaha

  • STRETCH!!!

  • Wow. And I thought the ladies in pilates at my yoga studio were hardcore. Very impressive...I have a lot of work ahead of me, lol

  • perhaps a series breaking these figures down?

-A short segment from this vid, then a break down, go on to the next vid... best of both worlds, as this vid displays an artist with exemplary technique

  • I'm an instructor for Reformer Pilates. Pilates, in general, is based on core strength (primarily abs and lower back) so yes, it's good for abs. There are different moves on this machine that target different groups--abs, arms, legs, etc...but if doing it correctly, you're holding your core and working your abs the whole time. These machines are very expensive, but there are usually classes available at most gyms.

  • Pilates is sexy.

  • These are very, very advanced Reformer moves...

  • is it for abs? do i need the machine for abs are they pilates fopr abs

  • it is very very VERY difficult!!

  • i am addicted to pilates and i will work hard to do these moves, thanks for the post!

  • Very beautifull lady! Very inspiring. I am going to start training on my pilates gym today!

  • k maravilla de tia

  • i think what pilates can do for the body is amazing and inspiring, im a back row rugby player and have just started doing pilates and am thouroughly enjoying it, i think pilates is something that is going to catch on with all major athletes, anyway enjoyed the video.

  • Thank you very much for your inspiring words.

  • thanks for the beautiful demo...I just wish you wore a lower rise bottom so I could see more of your amazing abdominal muscles in action!

  • i like your routine, especially the straddle over the footbar,,,i'm going to try that today,,,nice video,,,thanx fer sharing.

  • This is impressive and looks very difficult. I wonder though how appropriate this is for guys who want to have a more buff look. Have you seen any guys use this machine to good effect with that regard? Your input would be much appreciated.

  • It depends if u want to LOOK all ripped or be toned with muscle. Yes this will help buff guys get more tone and cause that lil fat that stick on the muscle to be burned away and give u more of a tone isolated muscle look..however if u just wanna be big and bulky this isnt for u because it will cause the muscle to appear stretched and tone instead of being compact and ripped

  • This is incredible. Thanks for posting it.

  • me encanta pilates me estoy haciendo fanatica!!

  • Wow..you must be a dancer. Great movement. I just had my 2nd pilates reformer class. I hope to attain your grace and strength!!!

  • Wow!!! you are one fit lady, ultra fit!!! Well done! I wish i had as much flexibility as you, it must help in the bedroom too. Personally i wouldnt want to be this muscular, just slim. Is pilates good for losing weight or just toning?

  • Gratz is one of the best manufacturers; others are Balanced Body; and another is Peak Pilates.....you definitely get what you pay for....a good one will last a lifetime....the cheap ones don't have very good range of motions and the ones that are flat on the floor limit what you are able to do

  • I find myself viewing your video over and over again........to perfect and correct my reformer technique. Your precise movements augment my instruction.....as you do your "routine" I really try to emulate your articulation. I am a relative novice of only the past few months, but I am pretty seriously committed. Iwould love to put my dibs in for a full video as well, and could especially use you as a role model to better develop my mat work.

  • I've been taking reformer classes for exactly one year now and I'm amazed at what this machine can do for you! While by mid video, she is doing advanced exercises that I may never master, the cost of the classes have been well worth it. I hope to be able to continue the classes for a long time to come. I highly recommend spending the money on the classes versus buying your own machine, as it's critical to have a good instructor. I'd never be able to get the results I've gotten by myself.

  • I forgot to add.....I was an aerobics instructor years ago and this machine is very humbling. But the results are phenomenal.

  • name of this song, please

  • Moondance by Van Morrison

  • Goodness look at her abs :O wow! That is one fit lady!

  • This looks EXTREMELY difficult!!

  • You are kidding right? You really think that what people say doesnt affect them and that all you need it to believe in yourself? I am surely dont this woman, but what if she thought she was fat and had anorexia...she could be affected. Sorry, you cant see that people's word do affect others, they move us, they make us feel good, they make us cry and they give us hope. Is it too much to ask that people treat people with common kindess or just leave them alone?

  • Thanks i just got my own reformer and hope to have it under control soon .

  • Dear Kammaa22,

Remember: if you dont have something nice to say, keep it to yourself. People on Youtube have feelings just like any other person. Please remember that your words are powerful and can hurt one's self esteem. Therefore, I ask that you be kind before you write about a person you do not know.

  • Hi, Did you get such a nice figure by doing just pilate reformer? How often did you do them for?

  • Thank you. I have been fairly athletic most of my life but Pilates definitely works wonders. It is key to longevity in that it keeps your connective tissue stretched and lengthened....do you do Pilates in Australia? I was there many years ago - in Sydney, Perth and Brisbane...

  • I live in Sydney and I have just joined a gym and started doing pilate reformer.I love it but my muscles are sooo sore from it.I have tried many things to make my legs slimmer but it just seems so hard and I couldnt keep it up.I'd like to do pilate reformer and hot yoga on regular basis but I doubt would ever have such a toned and slim body like yours. What sort of exercise regime do you do and how often do you do them in a week?

  • Hello again!

Keep up the good work! Many people have been requesting that I produce a video - which I would love to do; but unfortunately I don't have the time or money to do so. However, if that changes I would like to let you know; that is if you are interested...obviously it would be hard to discuss what would work best for you without having spoken to, met you, or known what your goals and limitations are.

    Gotta go for now!

  • wow, you look so beautiful, interesting looking machine

  • this is not as easy as it looks that thing hit my hips!!!

  • omg...marry me, PLZ!!!

  • The machine is called a reformer. It's wonderful but quite expensive. and health clubs offer reformer classes that are quite a bit more than the mat classes. Average cost is @ $200 for a series of 8-10 classes.

i think it's worth it for a body like hers.

    Great viseo.

  • thats a strong woman

  • omg this girl knows how to go to work

  • what machine/apparatus is that and where can i get it!!!!! holy crap you're amazing!

  • xlnt stuff. you are right. have fun. its all about improving the quality of life & you display that potential. pilates is about improving the mind & body (& spirit). only wish i could achieve such heights

  • fantastic video, very hot. I hope you post more :)

  • what song is this? i love it, its cute.

  • The song is "Moondance", written by Van Morrison. It's latest performer was Michael Bublé with his debut album in 2003.

  • Thank you very much.
