they can always still take the bike if they really wanted. I've heard of guys putting rods through the wheels and they just pick it up and load it in a truck.
I guess this just keeps the honest guy, "honest"

Thats a great locking system, I am going to look into getting one of those...face it these TL's are getting harder and harder to get. And no one wants to see their bike being driven by someone else or hear of it getting stolen and end up on a track somewhere or worse, totalled! Great video you sold me....
