-Corvette Racing has been racing at Le Mans for the past 11 years. Peugeot has been there 4.

-The Ferraris are developed by Ferrari in Italy. Same with the BMW and Porsches but Germany.

-Corvette Racing has won their class at Le Mans 6 times out of 11.

-The crash caused by David didn't take the 'vette out of the race, an unrelated engine failure did.

-Had the Corvette not been pushing the Ferrari, it could have saved more fuel or taken a longer pit stop.

Anthony David had that corner, the inexperienced corvette team had it coming for them for trying to stay on the line, i would agree with you if only the corvette was in the same class as the Peugeot. The team is to cocky and needs more experience And Peugeot had the fastest cars out there, sebastian bourdais raped the lap times against audi. I like how the team talks about Ferrari in the commercial as if Ferrari has their own team in the event. Ferrari would kill the series if they got involed.

first of all, the corvette team got their ass domolished in the REAL Le Mans. They cant compete on an international level. And the fact they mention ferrari is funny. I would like to see chevy compete in Formula 1 against ferrari. Another area of competition where chevy would get their ass domolished. Whoopdy doo they won an American Series... the competition is pathetic. I wouldnt be surprised if they won. But showing off some stupid bragging rights in an american series is garbage.

They all broke down. Every single french car broke. Remember what Jorg Bergmeister did in the final lap at Laguna seca? He didn't have the speed the vette did, and he knew it. He should have gotten his face smashed in for that.

How cute. The Ferrari ran out of gas. Perhaps a better crew chief or better driving style would have gotten them the win. Luck is when you win on a rainout, or a perfect caution. Winning because your competitor ran out of gas just shows your competitor is hoping they are LUCKY ENOUGH to make it to the end on fumes. Looks like you shouldnt race based on luck instead of preparation. Failing to prepare is preparing to fail. Corvette Racing prepared to win. Ferrari... unfortunately...did not.
