  • Wow!! thanks so much for the advice I will defenitly by doing that.....

  • Always so informative - Thanks Rose!!!

  • This has been such a helpful activity. I dont have to remember what to take, or when or how much. Its great, I just keep some in my car and at work, and at home.

  • This has been particularly helpful for my travels. That is in general the most common time to fall off the wagon for me.

  • Wow! I would have never thought of this! It is so easy to remember to take my vitamins and supplements in the morning now!!! It only takes 10minutes out of my week to make all 21 of my bags! Awesome idea!!! And my kids are loving the chore money!

  • That's crazy! I just started doing that to help me monitor where my calories are coming from, like putting my Ryvita crackers in sandwich baggies.

This is another good use of baggie control, thanks for the tip pretty laady.

  • This system works tremendously well for people like me who are constantly traveling and on-the-go. Thanks for the great advice and guidance, Rose!

See you soon, love Karisa and Angenette.

  • Supplements give men cancer.

  • Finally! A way to make sure all of this nutrition gets into my body on a consistent basis. I LOVE it, Rose!

Thanks for the motivation and inspiration!

  • as a nurse, Rose's understanding of complex integrated health issues is awe inspiring and impressive. She is more educated than my own endocrinologist. I wish I had listened to her a lot sooner! Her dedication and breath of knowledge is rarely found even with highly educated medical doctors. I had a very serious medical related endocrine disorder and Rose clearly listened more than all of my specialists, her ability to integrate and work with multiple disciplines makes her invaluable.

  • Good idea. If I can motivate myself to do this once a week, then I don't have to sort them out each day (which, let's face it, I won't get around too). Thanks for the tip.

  • This is really going to help me out... I'm kind of kicking myself that I haven't already come up with some kind of system for this in my life because I'm a "big picture guy"... which is a nice way of saying "I'd forget my head if it wasn't attached", and I really need to become more consistent with my supplements.

    Thanks Rose!

  • Great tip! I always forget to take my supplements, and this is totally going to help me remember. This is so easy, I can't believe I never thought of this myself! Thanks for posting this. ~Susan
