there is a song by Frank Black called "Don't ya rile um" that reminds me of this book,any fan of this book should listen to that song and tell me what you think,is it just me,or can you also see where I am coming from........side note,just substitute the power man in the song to the raggedy man of the book.

I love the way king writes I love the books that I have read but his endings...suck so much ass...the only ending that I've gotten conclusion from was Salems lot, the mist left you hanging, this left you hanging, cujo my friend and I agree had a crap ending...I need a good ending for once

@guitardudde1 I agree about King's endings. Great at hooking you in, bad at wrapping things up. Best endings for me are 'Thinner' and 'The Dead Zone'. You're right, Salem's Lot is a great ending...sit back and watch the vamps burn...the sun or fire, name yer poison...

Sess2k9 is right.  Also, this can be a Great sci-fi movie, but will probably end up a very cheesey, cheap version that embarrasses the book's readers. Sorry, y'all.

WARNING - I advise you do not start listening to this audio book. A lot of bits are skipped and a huge portion is missed out at around about the 13th vid.

There is a purpose for reading, and being READ to takes away from that cinematic experience. No doubt, this person is a good reader, but he doesn't replace my incite in the words. The "constant readers" conception of what happens on the page is and will only be the ultimate entertainment. Audio books are good for only one type of people: the blind; but God bless them, they are still experiencing this amazing story.
