I know of at least one instance of an individual being summonsed to a Judicial comitee just for speaking to an ex witness in the street,I know of other instances of elders giving severe warnings for the same thing.
there is a difference between exwitnesses and the "worldly". The ex witness is someone who is purposely going against Jehovah, and the Worldly is are people who havent studied, or come to know jehovah. at least thats how it looks to me, or the difference i can see.
each congregationa nd group of elders is different and will handle it based on the situation. so im told anyways. (have chalanged it before)
