In my yead Both of them where blonde except Daisy was more of a darker shade of blonde and Piper was platinum blonde. And Edmond was a bit of a Red Head.

Everyone seems to think that these hit teen books should be turned into movies. In some cases it turns out fantastic, but in other cases it falls flat. I think what people don't understand is when you have a book in written in first person narrative, much of the voice and character of the protagonist is lost in the film. What makes How I Live Now, in my opinion anyway, so great is Daisy's witty, harsh, long-winded voice- the way she describes things and feels them in her unique 15 year-old way.

I understand this is a book trailer...never knew they existed til now...a new thing that totally kicks ass. I would love to see this made into an actual movie! And I hope they keep them as cousins if they do make it! So far I have seen 2 places where it says that it is indeed being made into a movie. @Kkyyrruu It's about an American girl named Daisy who goes to live with her "long lost" cousins in England. It's during the time of another world war, perhaps implying that it takes place in the future. She gets left alone with her four cousins, and at some point in time they are all seperated, leaving Daisy and Piper, the youngest cousin to fend for themselves. They get caught in trouble and whatnot, and so on so forth. does that make sense? I hope this helps! It's a really good, short book.

Althought this is not a real movie trailer. Someone is turning it into a movie. Meg Rosoff has already confirmed it. She says she trusts the director and producer's judgment, but I really hope they don't f-up the whole thing.

I really hope they don't put modern indie music or emo stuff in it like they are in so many other movies now-a-days. And I really hope they don't cast a whole bunch of "a-listers" or well known actors, either. The novel was raw and the movie should be too!

Well at least that is what the book has made her out to be. So I guess that is how she should be But I have read this book like 3 times and I am re-reading it again and I am sooooo in love it! Like most girls and maybe even guys I cried when I read it and it gave me this funny feeling as well... ? .....I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!! IT IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got it from the library yesterday and finnished reading it in the early hours this morning. i cried so much and think the story line is so beautifull and haunting. I can't stop thinking about it. I would love a film to be made of it but only with the charecters that ive created in my own head and im sure everyone else will say the same. :D Love it soo much and i will read it over and over.

This book is the greatest i have ever read. It is so raw and unnerving and yet you cannot take your eyes away from the words. Its one you can read a thousand times but its still not enough. I dont think they should make a film out of it - it should remain a figment of each individuals imagination so that we can each appreciate it as our own treasure pursay.

Wow. All these books are amazing, but I have to say How I live Now is my favorite. All-though the book is disturbing, it is amazing and really good. This trailer really describes it, well. I'd reccomend it to anyone.
