i'm a sprint costumer service agent, tonight i asisted for more than 30 mins a man who used 681 any time minutes, with a plan of 450, for that he insisted sprint was charging him out of nowhere cause 10 days before his month ended he still didn't reach the 450 mins, now we'r supposed to be nice, and i was, but seriously there should be limits for these people

that is basically true...I'm also an agent for Sprint (CSR)...did you know that if we are rude to our customer then it will be autofail to our QA...means to say that we will recieve incident report then termination...GOD why should we do that???as a Sprint Customer Service Specialist we try our very best to satisfy and maximixe what our customer could possibly have and enjoy(coz' we care,we assure, we empower, we own and we are nice),and definitely thats our passion and vocation for life!
We at QA need to be on the agents asses because if we're not on top of every little thing TPG slams us, trust me it's not fun counting ummmmssss and uhhhhhs.

I do understand you frustration, but yes, sad to admit, Sprint Store Reps are not doing there part... Customer always get pissed with that, and in my end, i end up giving credit which almost made me lose my job... :(
ok, i like sprint because they take care of their customers.they make sure we are satisfied and they got very nice programs.sprint is the #1 phone company in the US. be proud you're sprint people..you cant be e sprint if you're not smart..
hi there im a sprint customer agents.. you really want to kow the reasion some consumers are not satisfied with sprint? because they do not know how to use their celfones, do not know how to use a computer.. or they do not know how to pay their bills...they also expect that even if they damaged their fone because of their stupididty of they have gone over their minutes because they are using their fone..and they know that huh...they still blame sprint for that...
That is so true, I have lots of friends that have sprint they like the service alot and wouldn't changed to another company, but i also have friends or people I know that had sprint and they said they suck. But when i ask their reasons is their own stupidity, for example they never got data plan and spend hours in the internet and then wonder why their bills came to be to high, others didn't had sms txting option and texted people all day.
