    You can totally build muscle without spending a minute in the gym actually training.

    Eating protein and training are 2 of the most anabolic things you can do.

    You can build muscle eating protein all day without training and just living normally

    But at the end of the day, you can do whatever the f*ck you wanna do!

    And of course: love your body

  • Actually from my experience i can go to the gym less (2-3 times a week) and eat more (5-6 meals a day) and get better gains than the going to the gym more (5-6 times a week) and eating less (2-3 meals a day) ツ

  • @TraumaER its the 2-3 times a week thats doing it. If your doing it 5-6 times a week, your sort of breaking your muscle down more than it needs to. The diet is very important, but for me 5-6 every single day is too expensive. Just keep yourself well fed any youll be fine :)

  • .....interfere with your bodies absorption of important vitamins and minerals and can cause inflammation. Point is for carb sources load up of the veggies and fruits, especially the dense ones and eat less of the grains....good video guys and good point!! Of course food (the right kinds) help you gain muscle and strenght (and burn fat), but they are not gonna build you tons of muscle by themselves. If training is A and food is B and muscle building is C then A=C A+B=C++ but B does not equal C.

  • The most nutrient dense carbs that you can eat are vegetables especially cruciferous and any dark green leafy veggies andas far as fruit any and all berries. These veggies and fruits have the most healthy fiber, most vitamins and minerals, highest antiotident content and least impact on blood sugar and insulin. Grains are not as nutrient dense and most whole grains contain these nasty things called anti-nutrients which.....

It's not a difficult concept, just teaching you to appreciate the hard work you put in, don't just credit your supplements

  • But still, without proper carb intake prior to working out, it can become difficult (or even impossible) to put in enough effort to stress your muscles in order to promote further muscle growth.

    What I'm saying is this: it's a back-and-forth thing. You have to give your body food to allow yourself to work out. And you have to work out in order to gain muscle.

    This is obvious, but this video seems to not be stressing that diet is exactly on par with your efforts in the gym. Equally important.

  • I think that shits true. 2 most important things to focus on is creating the tears, and then allowing the proper amount of rest days before hitting the muscle again. if your not even creating the tears, or if your constantly creating new tears and overtraining then you wont build muscle.
