it's basketball season and i know you said to much cardio can burn muscle. i am on the school team and have practice just about every day. if i lift in the mornings and then have basketball practice in the afternoons can i still gain muscle?

Hey i know this doesnt have anything to do with the video but ive been workin out for about a year now started when i was 15 and my max bench press was 110 pounds now its about 170 is that good cus sometimes i just look back and wonder why im doing this if i dont see any results. Could age be a factor in my slow progress or Maybe its cuz i weigh 120 pounds????
