whoever is uploaded this video he should know all the details than he have the right to publish these kind of videos. why the customer was shouting and at a same time the bank staff also shouting , offcourse there must be some valid reason from both side. So you cant blame the bank . Because i have very good experience with the bank evrytime in every icici branch i go . Thanks
