@theguitarguymike Yes he does use Wizards, but he also uses Marshals. They also have a few ARD heads. On the black ice tour, Angus sometimes also brings his old favourite amp along. An old Marshal JMP (probably a 1959 without master volume) which sits in a little isolated cabinet under the stage.

@vw1302s Ya just makin sure aha. I no, alot of older bands (AC/DC, Bon Jovi, Aerosmith ext..) have vintage equipment hidden somewhere under or on side of the stage. I no Bon Jovi's Richie Sambora has a few custom Fenders, an original 59' Les Paul that only Richie him self handles, and a few other toys!

It's not the signature SG. The signature VOS custom model in cherry red with lightning inlays has chrome tuner pegs. The cheaper signature model with Angus's signature on the truss rod cover is a black guitar with a small pick guard. The guitar played is an old SG that Angus plays and was modified to incorporate the lightning inlays.

At least he hasn't this one NOW, but he used to back in the day, when that model was a new release.

Consider also that the guitars used by Young on stage are about... 2 or 3 (when I saw 'em live here in Milan he didn't many guitar changes, as far as I remember), I guess... Probably the one showed in this vid is some kind of back up guitar.

angus playss this amps as well. his heads are behind the cabinets, cause there´s no room on stage to put them. if u been to an acdc concert, u should notice that.

they also use marshal l plexis heads, modiffied, not stock at all.

i was lucky to get on the stage when they came to argentina.

@JCBkingg I think at one point Angus' picture was stil being used in ads for Marshall while he was using Wizard amps. I have half an idea that the Young brothers part own Wizard but as it's a Canadian company it seems unlikely. Cliff's rig is made by Wizard as well.
