Honeys have different potencies.

The best Ive tried is manuka UMF16. That is all I use anymore.

I personally would not use grocery store honey. Most of it has had the broad range of healing substances destroyed by high heat and added high fructose corn syrup.

At a minimum go for raw organic honey from health food store. It is cream colored. manuka. Manukahoney(dot)com

Ive always used honey for acne! I remember the first time when i got my first pimple and my ma told mer to use it i started amking fun of it then it worked lol! Ill ask my stylist if i can use it in my hair though

i use this about every night, but every now and then i skip a day to give my skin a rest if it is feeling moisturized. After a few days of using it every night/whenever you use it you should be feeling and seeing a difference. Your skin should be more moisturized (:

about 2-3 times a year my face can get sooo dry u can see it lacking in moisture but other than that its more oily. maybe i'll give it a try again and prolly won't put as much on and try to wipe it clean and see if it gets oily or not

i would recommend washing it off with a washcloth that has damp hot water on it, then taking a shower and finish wiping your face in there :)

you should of pointed out how you can mix it with uncooked dry oatmeal flakes and mix it with that and than use it as a mask....

alot of people did it back in the day b4 they had all of these face washes

but yea my mom taught me that like when i was young cause i wanted to be like those girls on tv and use a mud mask when i was like 7 ahha but i am 13 now
