Technically they can not go inside of the house w/o a warrant, and if they go onto the property they can not harm the dogs if they attack them as they technically would be trespassing. Being that the neighbour had a key they let her go into there. Umm Holly went to the house because she knew them and no one thought that there was any danger.

Dude, Benoit was and still is one of my favorite wrestlers, but he killed his family and then himself, that's a fact. He was an awesome wrestler but he screwed up big time.
These errors make sense and are extremely careless, but i don't see the conspiracy here. I don't think that it was that intricately planned out, and if it weren't for the police not doing what they were supposed to be doing, Holly Mcfaye or whatever it is would have most likely never entered, which leads me to believe she was definitely not involved. I'm not starting an argument about Benoit's death, since he was one of my favorite wrestlers, and somewhat of an idol regardless of what happened.
Benoit has some responsibility to bear for the murder of his family, I won't deny that. But I think that the WWE itself is also partly responsible, for multiple reasons:

There are rules for police when entering a private residence. Do you even know what they are? They can just shoot the dogs that would be destruction of property and there would be trouble. They can't even enter unless there is reasonable suspicion. At that point all they know is to check up on the Benoit family. Entering the home is a violation of privacy. No one is saying they should shoot the dogs. They should have a way to restrain the dogs or someone to hold them off while they go inside. He did not say that McFay did it,he is just working on the basic legal concept of reasonable doubt. A suspect cannot be convicted if not proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt, and lapses in police procedure generate reasonable doubt.
To me, the only real lapse buy the police so far was letting McFay into the house. Everything else can be explained by their not expecting a crime scene, just a check up call.

Just some comments. I agree that the police work was sloppy, but some of the police behavior is explicable:
1. Maybe they weren't expecting a crime scene yet, and had no right to hurt or even touch the dogs.
2. Police can't enter your property under normal circumstances without proper warrants. Remember, the police probably weren't expecting a crime scene. Why let the neighbor enter then? Good question. Sloppy police work right there.
3-5. We have to establish how long she was in the house, and how far inside she got. Then we can better guess the damage to the evidence.
6. A crime scene was not expected, therefore they did not initially see a risk in letting the neighbor in the house. Still, if police can't enter a house without warrants, neither should a neighbor be able to.
7-10. Good points.

Maybe he hasn't sued them because if he did they could put up all the evidence that Kevin could have done it and he can't prove them wrong. Most of the time when there is a claim against someone, the reason they don't sure is because then they would have to prove that they aren't guilty if the evidence is presented.

Let's just say what if he did show that a lot of the things he said were true and the police did over look a lot of things that could have pointed to foul play and the police reports verify what he said. Then what? I think the reason it would be laughed out of court is because most people believe what the media tells them and what officials tell them. They too can make mistakes. Beniot is a legend, despite what he did or not. However, even before this video, I was under the assumption he did not do it. I have family in the medical and law enforcement business, I know the routines and everything. On top of that, there was too many "mistakes" made. Too many people apparently knew about it before hand. There so many mistakes about the time of deaths. Just a whole list of things that never once made sense, and still, they do not. These errors make sense and are extremely careless, but i don't see the conspiracy here. I don't think that it was that intricately planned out, and if it weren't for the police not doing what they were supposed to be doing, Holly Mcfaye or whatever it is would have most likely never entered, which leads me to believe she was definitely not involved. I'm not starting an argument about Benoit's death, since he was one of my favorite wrestlers, and somewhat of an idol regardless of what happened.

Benoit has some responsibility to bear for the murder of his family, I won't deny that. But I think that the WWE itself is also partly responsible, for multiple reasons:
1. All the physical and emotional stress put on Benoit
2. Making Benoit do the diving headbutt in all his matches (partly Benoit's fault)
3. Not being able to detect any brain damage in Benoit earlier on
4. Completely erasing Benoit from WWE history after the incident

Also, to protect their butts legally in case it wasn't a crime scene, they sent a neighbor. Also, I don't know what you have all seen exactly, but viewing the autoposy of Chris's body and the others as well as seeing the crime scene witht he bodies in it would also provide a great deal of evidence in making a determination on whether it was a suicide or not. (however, some crime scenes can be tricky to make this determination)

You have very good questions and are using your head, but as a criminal justice student, I'd like to point out a few things.. I'm not saying you are wrong on anything, I'd just like to give you some more information on how and why the police came to the conclusion that they did. Firstly, they probably didn't enter the house right away because for several reasons. Just because it is a crime scene doesn't mean they can just go in, often a warrent is needed (not always, but often)

There are three motives for anything the media does. Rarely, it is because someone actually wants to get the truth out. Reason two is pushing a political agenda. None to be found in the Benoit case, unless you think the WWE is going to be a major issue in Novemeber. Most often, it is ratings. how would she have gotten rid of the fourth body in that amount of time and without the police being able to tell. Where would she have put it?. and if she did it why would she wait til the cops got there to change the scene since she had a key the whole time?

You have amazing points. I never believed he did it, at least not consiously, but I based it on my personal thoughts, I didnt have the amazing facts that you did. If the police didn't even check for DNA on the alcahol beverage containers, that is truly wrong.

No the Police can't answer any of the questions because they know they screwed up the investigation. DinO, they legally entered the house eventually and obviously did not follow Police protical . No mention whatsoever whether or not police swabbed the beer cans for DNA, and no dusting for fingerprints. No search of the house and premises for anything unusual. GOOD POINTS RESONABLE

There are rules for police when entering a private residence. Do you even know what they are? They can just shoot the dogs that would be destruction of property and there would be trouble. They can't even enter unless there is reasonable suspicion. At that point all they know is to check up on the Benoit family. Entering the home is a violation of privacy. But yeah lets listen to the British wind bag and go with the Holly Mcfay cover up story.

No one is saying they should shoot the dogs. They should have a way to restrain the dogs or someone to hold them off while they go inside. But there is no excuse to send an unwarmed civilian into a residence when ANYTHING could be going on. They sent her into unsecured territory. What if a gunman was waiting at the door for her to enter? Anything could have happened, and she should sue the department for emotional damages. Because of them, she saw corpses and will remember her entire life.

Chris Benoit murdered his wife and child.
There's a difference between reasonable doubt and being silly.
I mean, really, we don't *know* that Benoit and his family weren't killed by intergalatic aliens, so unless the police can prove they weren't, it couldn't have been Benoit, right?

He did not say that McFay did it,he is just working on the basic legal concept of reasonable doubt. A suspect cannot be convicted if not proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt, and lapses in police procedure generate reasonable doubt.
To me, the only real lapse buy the police so far was letting McFay into the house. Everything else can be explained by their not expecting a crime scene, just a check up call.

so basically, holly mcfay or whomever, murdered chris's son and wife for extremely little or no motive to drive it, and then, amazingly, somehow hung chris in his personal gym with him conscious and didnt fight back at all, he was willingly hung by someone else?

Just some comments. I agree that the police work was sloppy, but some of the police behavior is explicable:
1. Maybe they weren't expecting a crime scene yet, and had no right to hurt or even touch the dogs.
2. Police can't enter your property under normal circumstances without proper warrants. Remember, the police probably weren't expecting a crime scene. Why let the neighbor enter then? Good question. Sloppy police work right there.

3-5. We have to establish how long she was in the house, and how far inside she got. Then we can better guess the damage to the evidence.
6. A crime scene was not expected, therefore they did not initially see a risk in letting the neighbor in the house. Still, if police can't enter a house without warrants, neither should a neighbor be able to.
7-10. Good points.
Overall, great armchair detective work here. I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this. Keep it up.
