The Leo looks bigger even though the mastiff outweighs him. Guess it's all the fur. Both are awesome dogs. How are they with kids and how are they at guarding?

@mydogsbiteu I don't really know about the mastiff but a leonberger is great with kids but as far as guarding goes he only gives warning barks (wich is mostly enough given his size) but a mastiff does guard well they were used as guard dogs for castles
