  • Very beautiful together Tuner with Mahler...the mood the atmosphere .....I am so touched ! ♥ Irene you created again a masterpiece !

  • @opensecret51 thank you so much for putting in words what I felt... <3

  • This beautiful Adagietto reminds me of Luchino Visconti´s famous movie 'Morte a Venezia' by Thomas Mann, unforgettable, featured by Dirk Bogarde very intensively and subtly done and the music suited to the shots so ingeniously.

Klaus Tennstedt was a great conductor for Mahler, although the tempo here seems to flow a bit too uniformly, without modifying the measure, beating in time. On the other hand the 'espressivo' is wonderful!

Well done, your third video, Mme. Cabrejos!!

  • @berlinzerberus ...... yes..... that amazing last scene...... unforgettable ♥

  • @berlinzerberus , thank you very much for your so kind and interesting comment. Indeed yes, the wonderful Adagietto, which is continously disolving itself from a former bar to the subsequent, reaching that highlights over the tides of its inner being, reminds me of the art of Turner in these pictures, preludes of impressionism, "vastes as music" (Borges). And another masterpiece, Visconti's Death in Venice, will probably always be associated to the Adagietto, and Turner painted Venice also...

  • Thank you very much for your so valuable comments!

  • Bellissimo, grazie!

  • Lovely TY IRENE FOR POSTING.
