  • Why did you choose to have the adults in the small breeding tank and have the youngs in the bigger space???I used some thing i bought, which has net all around, and you can place the small fish in there

  • wow

  • @czechivan Thank you!

  • wow u have alot of beautiful guppies!

  • oh i see a Guppy :O

  • Wtf (Why are there so many guppies?) xD

  • SUCH A NICE GUPPY YOU HAD.THEY ARE ADORABLE.

    THE WWE NEXUS SUCKS

  • poverini... non sono un po troppi?

  • isnt that a little crowded?

  • nice video look also my video ;)

  • omg thats alot

well whatever, why are u putting so many in a breeder trapwhile non of them are pregnant?

    youre squishing them meany

and did u bred all of those?

  • check out aquarium contest part 1!

then vote after you saw all 3 videos!

    with 4 aquariums

    (part 1 has 2 aquariums)

  • guppy are colorfull, i'll guys some guppies

  • ^^^^what does that mean lol

and ya im breeding guppies now to feed to my bichir so i wont have to buy feeder fish (its a resession)

  • guppies, the most boring fish out there, next to comets. get an arowana or a peacock bass. now those are fish

  • Well, arowana are great for culling.

  • its a matter of taste, guppies are colorful cute and easy to breed and are good for people who like to decor their tank. Arowana wont allow you to use such decor cause it would hurt the fish and and big arowana would scratch glass tank, i dont like a lifeless boring looking tank.

  • is that a breeding trap?

  • OMG, really too many guppies in a very small piece aquarium! those kids I saw swimming, never survive! So many stressed guppies which are sometimes a little lust! If I were you, I would be the number that bakie quickly, significantly reducing!

  • Or ummm she? Alice sounds more she. Lets go with "they" and be safe.

  • What he didn't tell you is this is what happened when he placed one pair of guppies in that baby trap and checked on them in a day.

  • I am about to start a Guppy/Platy 46 gallon tank. The tank is already established, had 4 fantail goldfish in it. How many guppies do you think I could put in at once ~ for the first installment of fish? Or should I start with the platys? Let me know your thoughts. Thanks.

  • I've never had luck with platys or mollies, so I'm not the best person to ask. I know both guppies and plattys need salt, but platys need a lot more salt in their tank than guppies. Anyway, I'd start with just a couple guppies and see how they do.

  • guppys dont need salt no they ! :S

  • mollies actually do better in salt water and they are more opt to breed in fully salt water. and you can turn the temp down 5 degrees and turn it up to normal in 24 hrs

the temp for guppies should be 75.

to help guppies feel more like breeding i use aquarium salt and livebearers like that

  • I have a lot of experience with platys. They breed REALLY fast, just saying. I would start with 3 guppies, 2 females and 1 male, if you want babies! Message me if you have any more questions.

  • @Octobersky1770 no more than 3 at a time

  • how big is that tank?

  • Good question! The baby trap is floating in a 30 gallon tank.. Thank you for asking.

  • guppies are the best :-)....take a look at my tank of guppies and mollies

  • Your tank is very nice!

  • Please explain why you feel the people commenting (negative or positive) on this video are "fucking queer bags." Merry Christmas

  • Well, they look quite overcrowded..

That one guppy has an amazing tail pattern, though.

  • i love guppy movie 1 2 and jaws

  • They're cute and pretty :D

  • thanks!

  • GAWD if you'd all read a comment made earlier you'd know that OBVIOUSLY these guppies are only in there for the video. calm down for goodness sakes. in the summer they are let into a pond. i don't think they have any space issues to be worried about!

    beautiful guppies :)

  • Thank you!

  • Too...Many...Fish...

  • stupid overcrowder

  • anybody know if you can put small tree branches in aquariums?

  • Yes you can, but you shouldn't put branches right from the tree. You can take a dead branch or a piece ofr driftwood, soak it for a month, and dip it in vinigar. If the wood does not sizzle when placed in the vinigar it can be used.

  • there big enough LET them go....

  • i call mi bro a guppy coz he has a small brain lol :)

  • It seems to me guppies are smart enough to do quite well.... being guppies.

  • Those are pretty!Good job did you breed them?(See my video I need help with my guppy ASAP)

  • another words why all brown even the males are pertty much brown i have blue males red male yellow so next video i want to see some color

  • See my vid for a simple explanition

  • wow.. wonderful guppies you have there.. did u breed all of them? They look beautiful ^^

    tanya ;)

  • I think some of the "great grand children" of these fish are in my tank...

  • ahhh ok... cool lol... I wish i would have bred them... o.o lol ^^

    tanya

  • i couldnt resist asking why the f#@ did u put so many fish in one tine place?

  • I put the fish in the breeder trap to make this short video. Thank you for your interest.

  • GUPPY ROXXAR!!!!

  • you breed very nice guppies

  • your fish tank is small.

  • Yeah...30 gallons is a bit small....

  • It's 30 gallons you idiot. You are looking at the breeder box you dipshit.

  • they are a lot of.ots so bad.

  • extremely OVERSTOCKED!

  • True, the baby trap was a bit crowded for the video, but I'm happy to report no fish was harmed in making this video.

  • shes not even done yet, she is still developing

  • How about waiting another two weeks. Average gestation period is 28 days. Good luck!

  • some please reply I admit im a guppy noob but how do you tell the difference between male and female guppies?

  • Females grow larger than males and normally have a dark area under their tails - the gravid spot. Most of the time the gravid spot is obvious, but in some of the albino or light colored females it may be hard to tell when they are young. Females guppies will often have color in their tails but generally are rather dull looking compared to their brothers. Do a You Tube search on "Pregnant guppy" and you'll see the difference !

  • The females have normal fins under their body, but the mail have a long thin thing looking like a penis or something. The male also have a larger tail than the female, and some times he has color on the body too.

  • help!

ok i got a 3 femlaes and a male guppy form petsmart, then in a few days all my original snakeskins and blue moscows started getting sick then they all died, except for the new guppies, what happened?? were they allergic? thx, i really need advice here

  • I'm not a guppy expert by a long shot, but I'm guessing either the water the new fish came in, or the new fish themselves brought in something toxic to your old guppies. Good luck with the new ones!

  • Great guppies.

  • Thanks!

  • help!

i just got 3 female guppies.all of the other fish in the tank that i got my 3 from were healthy with no dead fish or signs of ich. in my 20 gal, there is a corycat,glofish,3 male guppies and 1 female and they all r healthy and the water is perfect. when i added the 3 other females they were doin perfectly fine for 3 days, but now those 3 females r always at the top behind my filter with their fins clamped to their bodies but none of the other fish r like this.

    someone please help!

  • maybe they are afraid of the other fish? maybe try seperating for a while.

  • they r fine now and have given birth. i dont know what happened but they r better!

  • Great!

  • um that kind of mean ,to put them all in a tiny room to take a video?

y can you just shoot the aquarium ?

  • Actually guppies live for 2-3 years, grow about an inch and a half, and thye can live in any type of aquarium, not just shallow, but in order for most of the fry to surviveyou must have live plants or fake plants. Guppies like alkaline water so the plants might not live so much unless like a plant like a java fern or moss.

  • sen balık bakmayı biliyosan ne oldayım lan yavruluğa o kdr balık konurmu slk.

  • Yes, but only temporarily while they were in the baby trap. If you see my newer guppy video, note that they are free swimming in their 30 gallon tank.

  • Your tank is overcrowded.

  • they're very pretty. i just got two guppies today for my new aquarium. im new with guppies and i have a question. are guppies' tails supposed to vibrate really fast sometimes? they don't do this really when swimming but when they stay near the top they vibrate their tails more. is this normal? or are they sick?

  • you will need to separate the babies from the adults and put it in a shallow water with some plants.. try not to feed them too much as they only feed on tiny organisms in th water...guppies grow better under sunlight...

  • put them close to a video so they can eat the algea?

  • So sorry uel786 - they only live a year or so...

  • My guppy died yesterday so sad

  • That are way too many fish!!

  • i was wondering how you got them to grow i dont knwo if its a stupid question but mine always seem to have babies and the babies never grow full size or they die before they reach adulthood is there a special food or sumthing i can do?

  • i have the same question all my fry if they surrvive to adulthood, they only grow to like half or 3 forthes of the parents.. can you email me with advice?

  • well you have to pay attention to the feeding. Some guppies get more food then the others. Try to feed to the area where most the 'light-weight guppies' are. But avoid feeding too much and changing the water too often because it gives stress to the small fishes and reduced their life span. Avoid using the oxygen thing that release too much of the bubbles too. It does no good on the guppies.
