just fyi, the crowd was boo-ing Bettman who was presenting the stanely cup (the boo's weren't directed to Thomas or the Bruins). Bettman gets boo'ed everywhere he goes, especially in Canada. It's a tradition. ;) Actually we gave standing ovations to Thomas and to the Bruins, esp when Lucic carried the cup. Congrats on winning...loosing definitely sucks. LOL

Yea, on Vancouver side of things it definitely wasn't a good night, Rioting (not typical of Vancouver or Canadians at all). I wasn't there myself since I live about an hour outside of Vancouver but it was crazyness, Cars on fire, Vandalism and looting, Lots of people have been caught so far but it will be quite a while before the instigators are actually forgiven by the public. they say it caused about a millinon dollars in damage in about 4-5 hours of rioting.

Oh my gosh Brooke add this to the things we have in common...love of hockey...Halloween....scary movies...true crime...candles...In the loop soap...and psychology majors who now regret their choice lol...we should so be best friends haha If only we knew eachother :) Ps I'm from Pittsburgh so this was exactly me a couple years ago ha.
