  • Cool beat

Btw ppl.. I would suggest everyone get an electric kit for practice..

No one wants to hear u smash on the thunder cans all day

  • I can buy TD9 KX for 1700$ . Is it a good deal?

  • @biohead66 get a real drum set unless you have close neighbors, then yes.

  • @DustinShaneYounce neighbors close unfortunately

  • this shit isent hard rock it sucks

  • Go get real drums guys..

  • If anyone lives near Spokane, Washington I'm selling my Simmons Da200S, drum amp. Perfect condition!

  • Nice vid man!

  • r those rubber pads connected to the td9 module. if so, how? i thought the td9 wasn't expandable

  • damn TD-9 back then was $1900 nw its $2600 new or 2400 used damn it

  • TD9 is so great! Perfect E-Drum

  • I kinda liked it, and I'm a trasher

  • Shit electronic !!

    Old school 4EVER !

  • I dont kno if u could answer this, but could u tell me what is the difference bewteen a jazz drum solo and rock drum solo if you listen to jazz

  • I love my TD-9!

  • thank god... the hard rock has evoluated since the 70's

  • Hey do you know how to strip the drumming out of pre-recorded songs on that kit, cuz I've been trying and I can't figure out how to do it :S

  • nice job

  • groooooovy...

  • the 70s with double bass???W T F

  • Hi can you explain how to record the audio from the td-9 to a computer to do covers like this? thanks :D

  • @mastersighlis555 just put a cable in the output of your module into your computer

  • 0:48 sounds like tom sewyer

  • very nice :) I like it, good job!

  • Witch rim sound did you use?

  • I just got this Roland set and your videos will hopefully help inspire me :)

    Keep up the excellent work!

  • Nice drum play!

but in one of the drum fills, a little lift with the hi-hat would have sounded nice! (you know, something like "bsssp-bsssp" :b )

  • really awesome

  • waaaw that was great :D

  • i don't like elctrical drums so much ...

i prfer the normal versions ^^

But that's although a good video

  • 00:48 is nice

  • very nice playing sir, would love to see you jam on an acoustic set.

  • you area an amazing drumiset on day i want to grow up and be like you on drums

  • huh?

  • how much money did that cost

  • about $2500 at guitar center

  • $1,900 at guitar center when they first came out. They raised the prices since.

  • can you use any guitar amp to amplify it or do you need to buy a special type of amp

  • normally, you'd have to buy a separate drum amp

  • actually, bass amps are not the best. The best thing would be something "full range" (granted ,some bass amps are) keyboard amps, or a small PA are the norm. BTW i work at Gc in drums. WOO

  • Any amp works, but bass amps work better than guitar, being geared for low tones such as the bass drum.

  • @mgzza... just wanted to throw in my 2 cents... I've tried using a bass amp, and it sounds pretty shitty. If you're not going to get an amp made especially for electronic drums, then your next best bet is a keyboard amp. They, too, are made to project electronic sounds from an e-drum, which are really no different than that coming from a keyboard. Good luck.

  • great drumming great sound what amp are you using.lookin to buy the td9 in a few weeks just gettin the cash 2gedder was lookin at the roland vdrum amp but their 540euro.thanks

  • What kit on the module are using? Or is it an edited kit? if so then what toms are they?

  • It's #16 Alterna Rock/Punk. The toms have a nice tone on that one.

  • sick drumming :P

  • but only some parts...

  • I'll take that as a compliment. Just so you know, it makes no sense for a video/song to be sped up only in parts, yet, the tempo of the entire song stays the same. My video editor doesn't let me alter the speed.

  • I don't know why but i have the impression that this is edited on fast motion...

  • sick man great drumming :P

  • great solo !!

  • very nice! and do you know how to convert the quick plays that you record on the TD-9 to mp3 format?! im tryin to do that for a garage band project that im doin and i just cant figure it out... plz respond ASAP! =D

  • Have you tried using a splitter on your headphone jack?- one could go to your headphones, the other goes to either the microphone input on your computer's sound card or whatever video/audio card. For this video, it went to the microphone input of a video camera (which has good sound quality), then you can capture the video/audio on your computer, then strip out the audio only, and convert to an .mp3. It takes a few steps to do it, but that's what I'd do.
