Yes....you need the 35-40mph to keep the traffic @ bay.....being forced to ride @ the 20mph Federal limit is just unsafe.

yeah exactly. Hmm, not trying to be silly,but my 500w kit does much faster down hills!!.They should have filmed it on flat ground the idiots. Or said in the tittle, DOWN HILL SPEED check of e bike.
