@MadCecile --Makeup Forever makes a very fine eyeshadow glitter called Diamond Powder in a champagne color that is just like what Scott Barnes is using. It's probably the same thing.

@Almondie7 hey Almondie I tried the MAC Reflects Gold glitter over Rubenesque paint pot and got (what looked to me like) the same look! My skin tone is light to medium and my eyes are brown with black eyebrows so if you've got similar coloring it will look the same! I also tried the glitter without the paint pot and it showed up but not as much. Don't forget, I'm using a regular make up mirror, not the greatest lighting. let me know if you try it or something similar! :) Michele

I don't have the Reflects Gold glitter but I have Rubenesque and I have the Diamond Powder in the champagne color; I'm medium toned with brown eyes/dark brows so we'll see; I honestly think this look will be beautiful on any skin tone. I bet it looked gorgeous on you. I'll try it and see how it comes out!! :-)

@MichCoccaBene --Hey Michele, I tried it with the Diamond Powder and it looks so pretty!! Give the same look! The only thing is, you have to use a good amount of the Diamond Powder to get the same effect as Scott Barnes has here, and that powder is pretty pricey for a small amount. But I think it's great for "going out" looks/special occasions. Too pretty!! :-)

I love it that he is a lot more about technique than about product. it is so easy to get lost into thinking that u gotta buy something really expensive to get a good look. a good makeup look is a lot about technique and you can use different products, expensive or cheap
