  • I have one but is missing a gear :(

I have one Cifra 12 with blue LED lights in them. will make a video of it.

A photo is on the web where it shows 22:22 hours

  • I will get you some photos and send them.

    Cheers Mark

  • Yes please, sent me some photo's to my home email. A photo says more than 1000 words sometimes.

  • Hi Ray

I have one of these and looks exactly the same 'cifra 12' in same case but the mechanism in my one is a little different.

On the impulse side where yours is quite a simple affair mine seems to be more complicated. Also on the hour side mine is a plastic wheel and is toothed where yours has pins.

Mine also is 30 sec impulse but only impulses the numbers every 60 sec's,

Are they of a different period do you think? Cant think why the same clock would have different mechanisms?

    Mark

  • There are some of these Solari's with an intermediate toggle to work on the 30 seconds systems. So at 30 seconds there is only a click, at the minute the dial flips over.

In the rotary part of mine either 1 or 2 pins can be inserted to make the clock flip over.

In case of 1 pin the clock is good to go for a 30 seconds system.
