Saw a rat running around 42d and 6th Ave Bank of America Building. Lots of people leaving work and tourists walking around yet that rat didn't care.  You're right, keep them underground!

umm, i think they do the best they can,. new york has the most extensive subway system in the world. there are over 450 stations in the city... i think they do a pretty damn good job.
