@Spyyyder1 Funny you should mention the DVD's since i own the entire colletion and i fail to see her name. They say Vala few times but no last name. As for the subtitles, there are regular people who translate that thing, i have seen them make all sorts of errors :)

@TheIcelandicPatriot Well if you have the entire collection i suggest you rewatch Episode 12 Season 10 (it´s on dvd nr. 3) .At the end ,Teal´c says her name and with subtitles turned on ,you´ll see that her name is spelled Mal Doran .Or you can simply look it up in the Stargate Wiki.

Thats why people love this show! It's not dumb serious like some other productions *cough*ending with "universe"*coucgh* or othes show nowdays that are so over the top. SG brakes science rules on daily basics, they have over the top action everywhere, wherever they go everyone speaks perfect english :P but it's soo funny and it's damn good adventure-in-space kind of thing :) Love every joke they implement

If you really think about it, it did turn out quite well in the end as he did destroy lord sidious and save his son, the fact his ghost at the end was skywalker and not vader shows in the end he was good. Adria though was trouble to the end ( and a bit after that as well)

Well Darth Sidious all but implied it. In the Third prequel he explained to Anakin that Darth Plagueis got to the point where he could manipulate midicholarians to create life. So it's easy to assume, because Anakin was created from midichlorians and Darth Plagueis could manipulate them to create a life, that in a way Plagueis is Shmi's baby daddy. :)
