She's In shape, and has a nice body, but has that lil pooch and just a lil love handle on her side. She don't care about muscle. She just want a flat stomach. Well It's falt but she has a tiny lil pooch. Not really nocticeable but to her It Is.

@cristian300cloud I wouldn't recommend it because that junk is what makes the difference, even if its once a week. I mean I know we are only human, but if you want just once a week you will be fine. You want to work your way up to treating yourself once a month.
@juventinorocks I wouldn't recommend doing all of the parts in one day because you don't want to over do yourself. You can do one part a day to start off and as you become a little better you can do all of them in a day. Really it would be best if you did one part a day doing as many reps of each exercise for that day. The quickest results will come from diet adjustments and cardio. The exercises you have to do, but they will only tone the love handles not burn the fat

@1prettysoul Yes, wine counts too. You may ask why? Well its because wine contains a lot of sugars just as any other alcoholic beverage does. As long as you drink it socially and not getting drunk all the time you will be fine. The best thing to do is not to have it at all.
@xM3llyssax That's what I would recommend, but if you go to bed around 12 fruits and veggies will be fine if you are eating them 8/9ish. Typically you don't want to go to sleep within a few hours before you go to bed so that the food won't sit on your stomach
